On-site parking is available and welcomed. Please proceed to Gate A, where you will be directed to the designated parking area in the North Paddock.

What kind of driving experience is included?Every attendee will enjoy a thrilling V8 passenger hot lap alongside a professional race car driver—an unforgettable, high-speed track experience.

Can I drive the V8 car myself?Yes! Three lucky raffle winners will be selected on the day to get behind the wheel and drive the V8 car themselves on the track. You’ll receive full instructions and support from professional instructors.

I can't drive a manual car - can I still participate in the drive?Absolutely. We’ll have both manual and automatic V8s available, so you can choose the one that suits your comfort level.

Do I need driver's licence to participate in the V8 experience?Yes, only for the raffle winners. A valid full driver’s licence is required. Please bring it with you for verification at registration.

Is there a safety waiver?Yes. All driving participants must complete a safety waiver during registration before participating. This is a standard requirement and ensures you’re covered to take part in the on-track experience.

Is the V8 experience optional?Yes. If you prefer not to participate in the driving portion, you are still welcome to enjoy the networking and presentations. Please let us know upon registration. There are plenty of good viewing and photo opportunities at the venue.

Is food and drinks be provided?Yes, complimentary lunch and refreshments will be served. Please let us know any dietary needs when you register. Water, tea, coffee, and soft drinks will be provided throughout the day. Alcoholic beverages will be served after driving concludes at 2:00 PM.

What should I wear for the driving activity?Please wear closed-toe shoes and comfortable clothing - runners or sneakers are encouraged. Race suits, helmets, and safety gear will be provided by the event organisers.

What if I arrive late?Due to tight scheduling of the driving sessions, late arrivals may forfeit their driving allocation as we have limited driving spots. We recommend arriving at or before 10:00 AM to check in, ensure your spot and complete your safety waiver.

What if I can no longer attend?Please notify us as soon as possible so we can reallocate your driving experience spot to someone else as spots are limited. We don't want anybody to miss out!

Is transport provided to the venue?Yes, a return courtesy bus is available for registered attendees. Please ensure you RSVP as spots are limited.
